Notify User of Permission Changes Help

This dialog appears when you have updated the share permissions on your Value Model or UVP. All groups and individual users with access to your Value Model or UVP can be notified via email of their access rights.

To notify a group or user of their permissions, select the notify box that is in line with the group or user you wish to notify, then select Send at the bottom of the dialog. This will trigger an email with a link to the shared Value Model or UVP. Only groups or users with the notify box checked will receive an email.

The Message field provides the ability to add context to what you have shared. Anything written here will be included in the email sent with the notification.

If you don't wish to notify anyone of the permission changes, select Don't Send at the bottom of the dialog.

Note: Notifying a group will send emails to all users within the group.
