Add a new customer price sensitivity factor to the library.
- Enter the name of the new pricing factor.
- Enter a description of the pricing factor, which will appear with the name in the list of pricing factors added to the model.
- Define the price impact by selecting either the "up" or "down" arrow.
- Select the "up" arrow for a factor which would increase the customer's willingness to pay.
- Select the "down" arrow for a factor which would decrease the customer's willingness to pay.
- Enter any notes associated with the pricing factor, which will be accessible in the yellow 'sticky notes' icon at the right of the list of pricing factors added to the model.
- Click OK to save the new pricing factor.
