Add a new customer price sensitivity factor.
- Enter the name of the new pricing factor.
- Enter a description of the pricing factor, which will appear with the name in the list of pricing factors added to the model.
- Define the price impact by selecting either the "up" or "down" arrow.
- Select the "up" arrow for a factor which would increase the customer's willingness to pay.
- Select the "down" arrow for a factor which would decrease the customer's willingness to pay.
- Enter any notes associated with the pricing factor, which will be accessible in the yellow 'sticky notes' icon at the right.
- Click OK to save the new pricing factor.
