Publish Settings

Basics

Use to:
1) Give the value proposition a unique Published Name (different from the value model)
2) Change name of key Contact Person
3) Grant Groups and individual User(s) access 

Templates

Select which Value Proposition views (online view) to provide with this model. Sales users will have a choice which view to use when saving their unique value proposition. Click Preferred to indicate the default view. Likewise, select which PowerPoint export template to include. 

Labels

Use to change Selected Labels. The existing value model labels are pre-selected by default. 

Attachments

Included: Use to select which attachments to appear with the published value proposition. Select All for all.
Visible to Sales: Uncheck to hide attachment from sales users, e.g., CSV data feeds. 

Value Drivers, Competitor Price, Offering Price and Variables

These are used for only certain customized templates. Skip unless otherwise directed. 

Units

Use to uncheck any Units of Measures you do not want to appear in the published value proposition.

Click OK to Publish. Later, you can edit Publish Settings from the Actions button in the Value Propositions tab on the Home page.
