March, 2021 Update

Before the release in March, 2021, we had one drop-down list of filters, which had just five options. With our new advanced search menu, we now have a much more robust set of filters and search criteria. 

For clarity, here is how the original five filter options map to the new advanced search menu:

1. 1. Value Propositions from Marketing
      • By default, whenever a user accesses the Sales Home Page, the first thing they see is a list of the published Value Propositions from Marketing. This was true before the release, and remains true since the release.
      • This option is selected and visible at the top right of the new advanced search menu, where it says:
        • Type: Value Prop
      • The other options in this filter are:
        • UVP: Select this option to view a list of Unique Value Propositions, or UVPs.
        • Any: Select this option to view a combined list of published Value Propositions from Marketing and UVPs.
          
          
   2. My Unique Value Propositions
      • To access a list of UVPs that you have personally created:
        • Select UVPs from the Type filter at the top right
        • Next to the Owner search field, check the box under Me
   3. Others' UVPs
      • To access a list of UVPs that were created by everyone else:
        • Select UVPs from the Type filter at the top right
        • In the Owner search field, type "Not me"
          
          
   4. Archived UVPs
      • To access a list of Archived UVPs:
        • Select Archived from the Value Prop Status filter
      • The other options in this filter are:
        • Active: This is the default option, and is the opposite of Archived.
        • Any: This option will expand the search to include both Acitve and Archived results.
          
          
   5. All (Published VPs and UVPs)
      • To access a list of all Published Value Props and Active UVPs:
        • Select Any in the Type filter at the top right
        • Select Active in the Value Prop Status filter
