Some Value Propositions have the option of displaying Value to Customer in alternate Units of Measure. Examples of Units of Measure are: per year, per equipment life, per contract, per part, per kilogram, etc. It is useful to be able to switch between different Units of Measures. Sales users should be familiar with which Units of Measures are available in a particular Value Proposition.
The Unit of Measure selector frequently appears on pages named "Summary" or "Value Analysis." See red outline below. Click on the down arrow selector and select an appropriate Unit of Measure. Upon doing so the Chart and numbers in the Value Summary table will update automatically. All existing Value Driver pages will also be restated in the new Unit of Measure.
