There are many different reports within LeveragePoint. Use this guide to understand where each option lives within the application, and when and how to use each one.
Content-based reports
1) Download results (CSV)
From any tab of the Marketing Home page or from the Sale Home page, click the "Download results (CSV)" hyperlink, as seen below.
The report will include a row for each piece of content in the search results. Each row includes general information about the content, as well as such information as who created it, who last modified it, who has access to hit, and how many times various actions were taken upon it, i.e. views, edits, and exports.
This report is often used in assessments of existing content at a high level.
2) UVP Report (XLS)
On the Value Propositions tab of the Marketing Home page, select the UVP Report (XLS) option from the Actions menu on any Value Proposition, as seen below.
The report will include a column for data from the published Value Proposition, as well as for each of the UVPs.
This report is used to understand what changes are being made in customized presentations for different customers, to improve your understanding of your customers' business, and to update your published Value Propositions on a regular basis to keep the content fresh and accurate.
