NOTE: To enter a Value Driver Message, you must be in the Value Communication module (see How to Open a Value Model).
Value Driver Messages are the qualitative component of a Value Driver slide. That is, the value message should be 1 to 2 sentences that compliment the value driver calculation by describing the economic impact in the customer’s language. Often these relate to the key customer benefits. Be sure to utilize any existing marketing and sales content because they can be useful resources. Sometimes it takes a bit of effort to get the messaging right.
To enter a value driver message go to the "Message" tab in Value Communication. This is the first tab that opens when you go into Value Communication. Below the graph that appears on this page, there are a second set of tabs, or sub tabs. On the "Value Drivers" sub tab, there is an open text field next to each value driver in the column "Value Message." Use this field to type in the value message for each value driver.
