Note: to upload a PowerPoint (PPT) Template that can be attached to value propositions, a user must have a Template role within LeveragePoint.

To add a PPT template, first go to the Administer Templates page which can be found under the Administration link in the LeveragePoint header.

On the Templates page, select the dropdown next to the "Create New" button and select "PowerPoint".

This will open a new page where you can title your new template and upload a PPT. Before you can upload a PPT, you will need to give your template a name and save it. By default, all new templates are set to "Draft" mode. To make your template visible to users to add to their value proposition, un-select the "Draft" button.

Once a PPT has been uploaded and saved, it will be available to users to include as a PowerPoint template in the "Publish Settings" of a value proposition. "Publish Settings" are accessible when publishing a new value proposition or within the "Actions" dropdown on the Value Propositions tab on the Marketing Home Page. Click OK on the "Publish Settings" dialog to save changes.

Now that the PPT has been added to your value proposition, any user can access it from within a value proposition using the "Download" button.
