Desktops and Laptops
In order to provide the best possible experience for our customers, our recommended browsers for usage with LeveragePoint on desktop and laptop devices are Chrome, Firefox, and the new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge. Other browsers or older versions of supported browsers are not guaranteed to support all LeveragePoint features.
Due to security concerns and performance optimization, and consistent with the current practice among leading cloud solution providers (including Salesforce, MS Teams, and Zendesk), we discontinued support for Internet Explorer 11 and Legacy Edge after the Feb 2021 release. This means that as of the March 2021 release, we no longer test LeveragePoint’s compatibility with these older browsers. When a user accesses LeveragePoint from what appears to be an unsupported browser, they now see a message recommending that they switch to one of our supported browsers.
iPads
For optimal use of the Sales interface (Value Propositions) on mobile devices, we recommend using an iPad with either Safari or Chrome browsers. While it is possible, we do not recommend using any mobile device for accessing, creating, or editing Value Maps or Value Models.
